Vigil Guard on two stages: Tomasz Bartel at Tech Week 2026 and Otwarte Forum.AI

What the talks cover

Most teams shipped AI faster than they secured it, and many of them cannot see what is really happening in the model layer.

This week Tomasz Bartel, founder and CEO of Vigil Guard PSA, gives two talks on how AI systems are attacked in production and how to defend them. He walks through concrete cases: prompt injection that slips past guardrails in one sentence, company data leaking through a model output, an agent hijacked by someone else's instruction, and shadow AI running outside the security team's view. For each one he shows where the first signal appeared and how the control layer responded.

Both talks come back to the same point: AIDR, Detection and Response for prompts, outputs and AI agents at runtime.
